The past 2 flights from Durban to Johannesburg was delayed.
Nevertheless the flight itself was pleasant although the delay.

I bit disappointed as my son did not make the flight the last time he went to Durban the ticket was canceled even though I wanted to rebook and even though I was willing to pay in a little extra.

I always travel with kulula but one trip stands out above all
My husband had a nasty car accident whereby he was hospitalized for a month we had planned to go to tour down to cape town that December but that was impossible given the circumstances. When he was strong enough i booked a holiday and flights to cape town.
When we arrived at the airport i went for assistance as my husband was on crutches – the airport staff was so friendly and efficient helped us book in at the terminal wheeled my husband to where we wanted to have breakfast and collected us again , wheeled us to the plane where we were assisted again by friendly staff to into the plane.
When we arrived at cape town again assisted us all the way to collect the car hire.
Even at the hotel where we were booked. What amazing experience all round.

Delayed en-route to airport

Thank you for making our lives so much easier and convenient. I save time and money through Domestic flights. However there is something that I feel needs to be addressed: On my way to Lanseria Airport on Monday morning the 10th July 2017, the road t Diepsloot was closed due to riots. As a result I was not allowed to board even though I arrived at the airport at 8h15, instead of 08h00. Please note I had already did the online checking and the flight was still standing there. I feel this is injustice and monopoly because if the flight is late irrespective of the reason and the inconvenience towards us, we have to swallow that without any compensation. But if passengers are delayed due to national strikes we are not accommodated. I am grieved by this and consider it monopoly, reap off and injustice. I would be glad if I could get response for this and the matter could be addressesd.

I am ever so happy travelling with the airlines as their flights are very pleasant and affordable. The one thing that I would like to do is have the opportunity to step into the cockpit and chat with the pilot. That will truly be a blessing for me. I travelled with Kulula, Mango, SAA and Flysafair and I found them to be very accommodating. The only problem I personally have is the seating.

We had a wonderful Easter holiday at Sun City this year. My family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children, flew from Durban to Johannesburg via Kulula Airlines. The flight was great with the usual witty humour on-board. Well done all round.
